About: Sandra is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia and has been practising since 2014; she has worked in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, domestic violence and immigration issues. She also specialises in family and couples therapy, working with issues such as divorce, infidelity, communication problems and parenting. She aims to create a safe and confidential space that offers the opportunity to rethink, create, process, feel, change and heal during the therapeutic process. Sandra has worked in Mexico and Canada within the justice system, in addiction treatment centres and in mental health units. She offers counselling in two languages: English and Spanish. In her spare time, Sandra loves going to the gym, reading, travelling and spending time with her children and husband.
