About: Katharina is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia. She works in the treatment of post-traumatic disorder and complex trauma, attachment related trauma, dissociative symptoms and identity, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and neurodivergence.

Prior to private practice, Katharina worked in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry. She has also been a yoga teacher for over a decade, and brings this embodied, somatic lens into her therapeutic work. Katharina aims to foster a warm, genuine, and safe space where healing goes beyond words. This includes connecting with the nervous system, slowing down, and building self compassion and understanding along the way from a felt sense.

In her spare time, Katharina loves spending time in the mountains, reading, bike-packing, and spending time with her dog and boyfriend.
