About: Jessica brings over a decade of experience in health and psychology to her clinical work, alongside specialized training in trauma and neuroscience-informed, somatic approaches to counselling. She works with individuals and couples navigating the physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational impacts of trauma.

Jessica is passionate about helping others restore a sense of safety in their bodies, relationships, and lives - a journey she understands from her own experience of healing. She brings curiosity, compassion, and a calm presence to each session, tailoring her approach to each client's needs and preferences. Outside of her practice, she can usually be found outdoors exploring the Fraser Valley, curled up with a book, or spending time with friends and loved ones.
